"We have been hugely impressed by the level of support for our efforts as part of the 2026 North West 10k fundraising drive," a spokesperson said.
"Over the past 20 years, we have largely managed our work within our core funding, but the level of need and demand for our services has been increasing and fundraising initiatives like this are hugely important to us.
"We want to express our thanks to Kingsbridge Private Hospital North-West who came on board as key sponsor. Despite a little rain in the morning, it cleared up and it was a great day. The event was made possible with the support from the Club’s Ann Glancy and Delores Devanney who worked behind the scenes over the past few weeks making sure that everything was ready to go on the day. Thanks also to all of the local businesses who sponsored tees and prizes."
