Minister taken ill on hospital visit

Minister of State for Disability, Equality and Mental Health, Kathleen Lynch TD, has taken ill while on a visit to see the devastation caused by the recent flooding at Letterkenny General Hospital.

Minister Lynch took ill this afternoon and is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

She has also cancelled a speaking engagement at the MacGill Summer School planned for this evening.
