New housing development proposed just outside Culdaff
Crag na Cor Homes Ltd has lodged plans for three detached houses on Bunagee Road, with a decision due from Donegal County Council by November 9.
Planning permission is being sought for the construction of three detached houses on the outskirts of Culdaff village.
Crag na Cor Homes Ltd has lodged an application with Donegal County Council for the proposed development in the townland of Muff, on the Bunagee Road, just outside Culdaff village.
The development would involve the erection of three detached dwellings, each served by an individual wastewater treatment system and percolation area.
The plans also include a proposed access lane to serve the three homes, connections to existing services and all associated site works.
Donegal County Council is due to make a decision on the planning application by November 9.
