Permission sought for new guesthouse in Downings

Plans have been lodged for the development of a 14-bedroom guesthouse in the seaside village of Downings
There are plans to construct a new guesthouse in Downings.
The seaside village could see a new 14-bedroom guesthouse if planning permission is granted.
A development has been proposed by Roundhill Properties Ltd.
The company has sought planning permission for the guesthouse at Crocknamurleog, Downings.
Roundhill Properties Ltd say the development will include ancillary facilities and will provide an on-site treatment plat to pretreat the sewage of the existing four apartments and dwelling on the site in question.
Donegal County Council say a decision will be made by January 19, 2024.
