Johnny McCafferty, Termon
The peaceful death has taken place in the University Hospital Galway of Johnny McCafferty Snr, The Lagoon, Termon.
Sadly missed by his wife Sheila, children John (Lisa), Maeve (Kevin) and Grainne (Paddy) and his nine grandchildren. Loving brother of Margaret (Roarty), Rose (Toye), Christy, Netty (Gibson) and Kevin. Regretted by his nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his parents John and Gracie and his sister Theresa.
Johnny’s remains will be reposing at his late residence Drumbrick, Termon F92 K299 on Monday, June 16 from 12pm to 10pm and on Tuesday from 12pm to 10pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday 18th June at 12pm in Saint Columba’s Church, Termon. Burial afterward in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to the Galway Hospice.
Kathleen McClay, Bridgend
The death has occurred at her residence of Kathleen McClay, Bunnamayne, Bridgend.
Predeceased by her husband Alex. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her loving sons and daughters Sam, Tom, Richard, Jim, Robert, David, Olive, May, Sandra, Patricia and Caroline, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her wider family circle and friends.
Kathleen’s remains will be reposing at her home on Monday, June 16 from 11.00am where you are all welcome to pay your respects. Family time please from 11.00pm until 11.00am.
Removal from there on Wednesday, June 18 at 1.15pm, to St Peter’s Church of Ireland, 60 Culmore Road, Londonderry for funeral service at 2.00pm, followed by interment in St.Mura’s Church of Ireland Graveyard, Fahan.

Breid McLoone, Glenties
The peaceful death has occurred of Breid McLoone, Maas, Glenties.
Predeceased by her husband Barney and son Denis. Sadly missed by her son Anthony (Breda), daughter Anne (Pat), daughter-in-law Carmel, Grandchildren, Great grandchild, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Breid’s are repose at Shovlin’s Funeral Home, Sandfield, Ardara until 6pmon Sunday, June 15 followed by removal to her home (F94X3AO) to repose overnight.
Removal on Monday, June 16 to St Connell’s Church, Glenties for requiem Mass at 11am, with interment afterwards in the local cemetery. Funeral mass can be viewed live here. Eddie Doherty, Buncrana
The sudden death has occurred at his home of Eddie Doherty (Boss), 18 Roadside, Buncrana F93 D9F5.
Deeply mourned and will be forever missed by his loving wife Maureen, his sons and daughters Martina, Anita (John), Eamonn (Nora), Barry (Noeleen) and Chiara (Sean), his brother John and sisters Gaye Doyle and Geraldine Devlin, grandchildren, extended family, friends and neighbours. Predeceased by his brother Michael.
Eddie’s remains ARE reposing at his home where all are welcome to pay respects.
Removal from there on Tuesday, June 17 at 10.15am to St Mary’s Church, Cockhill for Requiem Mass at 11.00am, followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard. Requiem Mass can be viewed live here.
Family time please from 10.00pm until 11.00am. House is strictly private to family only on the morning of the funeral.

Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney), Chesterfield, UK and Ballintra
The death has occurred of Margaret Ann Bowers (née Feeney), Chesterfield, UK and formerly of Ballintra, Co. Donegal.
She passed away peacefully in the care of the staff of Ashgate House Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by the parents, Michael and Kathleen, brothers, Aidan and Michéal, sister Mary and son-in-law, Richard.
Sadly missed by her devoted husband Geoff, her beloved daughter, Grainne, granddaughters, Ciara and Aoife, sister Kay, brother Padraig, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Funeral on Monday, June 16 at 12 noon at Our Lady and St Joseph Catholic Church, 1 St Joseph Street, Matlock, DE4 3NG
