James Joseph Boyle, Treanmore, Mohill, Leitrim / Falcarragh
The death has occurred of James Joseph (Jimmy) Boyle (retired Garda Sgt), Carrick Rd, Treanmore, Mohill, Co. Leitrim and formerly of Falcarragh, in his 99th year, peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of Arus Carolan Nursing Home, Mohill, and surrounded by his loving family on December 4 2023.
Predeceased by his loving wife Bella, James will be sadly missed by his loving family, sons Michael (Lucan), James (Ballinamore) and John (Mohill) and daughters Mary (Reno USA) and Isobel (Mohill), sisters-in-law Celine Whelan (Rathfarnham) and Sr. Finnian (Ursuline Convent, Thurles), daughters-in-law Mary, Irene and Lisa, grandchildren, Paul, Adam, James, Peter, Aoibheann, Fiona, Peter, Johnny, Sarah and Harry and great-grandchildren Declan, James, Zara, Aera and Jack, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his home (N41 KV99) on Thursday December 7 from 5pm to 8pm, house private to close family at all other times. Funeral will take place on Friday, December 8 in St. Patrick’s Church, Mohill at 12 noon followed by burial afterwards in Mohill cemetery. James Woods, Ballindrait
The sudden death has occurred, on December 4, 2023, of James Woods R.I.P, at his home, Ballymonaster (The Bridge), Ballindrait.
Predeceased by his parents Seamus and Margaret. Beloved brother of Ann Carr (Michael), Conor and Gerard.
Reposing at his brother Gerard's home at Dreenan, Stranorlar, from 5pm Tuesday, December 5. Funeral from there on Thursday, December 7, at 10.15am, going to St. Patrick's Church, Murlog, Lifford, for Requiem Mass at 11am.
Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family, neighbours and friends.

The death has occurred of Patrick Brennan, 12 Bracken Lea, Letterkenny F92WC2D, peacefully in his 92nd year.
Predeceased by his wife Bridget, brothers Eugene and Jim
Sadly missed by his son Martin, sisters Annie Brady, Mary Carney and brother John Brennan. Nephews John Cullen, Milford, Joseph Cullen USA, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.
Remains will repose at his late residence from 4pm on Tuesday December 5.
Requiem mass at 12pm on Wednesday December 6 in St Marys Church, Fanavolty, Fanad with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Sally Gallagher, Main Street, Mountcharles
The death has occurred of Sally Gallagher, Main Street, Mountcharles in her 90th year, (Former proprietor of Sally’s Souvenirs Shop, Main Street, Donegal Town), peacefully at Donegal Community Hospital, Donegal Town. Predeceased by her parents, Paul and Sophia, and her brothers, Paul and Colm. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her brothers, Danny (Dympna RIP) and Eddie (Anne), her sister Mary Dympna (Jim), nieces and nephews and all of her extended family.
Remains will be reposing at Gallaghers Funeral Home, Station Road, Mountcharles (eircode F94X02N) on Tuesday, December 5, from 4pm until 8pm.
Removal from there on Wednesday, December 6, going to the Church of the Sacred Heart, Mountcharles for 11am funeral mass, with interment afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. Family flowers only please.
Cassie Heekin (née Cannon), Malinmore, Glencolmcille
The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Cassie Heekin, (Nee Cannon), Malinmore, Glencolmcille, Co Donegal. Predeceased by her husband John, her sister Mary, brother Cormac and twin brother Charles. Much loved mother of Marie, Sara, Joan, Kathleen, Caroline and John. Sadly missed by sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, sister-in- law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews and a wide circle of relatives, neighbours and friends.
Remains reposing at her late residence on Tuesday 5th December from 1pm to 9pm. The death has occurred of Patricia (Pat) Logue of ‘Black Braes’, Campsie, Co. Derry and Kill, Dunfanaghy. Pat passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Sadly missed by her husband Davie, and family Sean and Jen, Ciara and Marty, grandson Lewis and her close and wider family circle and friends.
Her remains will be reposing at her late residence in Dunfanaghy from Tuesday December 5 2023 from 1pm. Funeral Mass in Holy Cross Church, Dunfanaghy on Thursday December 7 2023 at 12noon. The death has occurred of Kitty (Catherine) Gillespie (née Morrin) Lakeview, Claregalway, Galway, H91 K4PV / Dunshaughlin, Meath / Glencolmcille, Donegal and formerly of Johnstown House, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath.
Kitty passed away peacefully, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her much loved family; pre-deceased by her husband Con, son Fergal, brothers Aidan and Billy and sisters, Maureen and Patricia.
Much loved mother of Anne Marie, James, Patricia, Deirdre and Karen.
Deeply mourned by her son James and daughters Anne Marie, Patricia, Deirdre and Karen. Her daughter in law Maura, sons in law James, Dave, Mike and Enda. Her grandchildren, Conall, Aoife, Eoin, Feargal, John, Mark, Darren, Eva and Lauren, and by her great grandchildren, Rose and Saoirse.
Sadly missed also by her sister, Carmel (Australia), brothers Michael (Meath) and Fergus (Kildare) and her sister in law Catherine.
Kitty reposing in her late residence, Lakeview, Claregalway, Co. Galway. On Tuesday, December 5 a Mass will be celebrated for Kitty in Saint Columbas Church, Glencolmcille Cashel, at 1 p.m. Burial will take place after Mass in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Seán (Néill) Ferry, Cnoc Fola, Gweedore.
Predeceased by his sisters; Rosie & Frances, brothers; Neily, Micky, Jimmy & Paddy.
Sadly missed by his brother Billy, sisters-in-law; Maggie, Rosie & Eileen, 27 nieces & nephews and extended family & friends.

The peaceful death has occurred at the Donegal Hospice of Kevin J. McGlynn, 9, Meendareagh Park, Woodlands, Letterkenny,(F92 W0H6), formerly of Falcarragh and Letterkenny ESB.
Surrounded by his loving loving family, dearly loved husband of Una, adored father of Kate Melly Ballyshannon (Michael), Philip, Bundoran (Mary), Kevin, Sligo (Catherine).
Greatly missed by his grandchildren Michael Jnr, Kevin, Brian, Philip John , Kevin Jnr, Katie & Tory. Great grandchildren, Michael, Jack, Bobby and Leah. Sadly missed by his siblings, nieces & nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Removal from his late residence on Tuesday morning, December 5 to the Church of the Irish Martyrs Ballyraine (F92 PN81) for 12 noon.
