Permission sought for 10 new housing units in Carndonagh

Planning permission is being sought to build ten residential units in Carndonagh.
C&M Kelly has applied to Donegal County Council for the development of a site at Painter's Way, Churchland Quarters.
The development includes the demolition of three outbuildings and two small extensions and the alteration of a rear double-storey wing.
The application states that the development is to include 10 “residential units, located in an 'area in need of regeneration'.”
The plans also include a new vehicular entrance and landscaped open spaces.
A decision from Donegal County Council on the application is due next month.
