Carrick ICA to host Daffodil Day on Friday, March 24

Daffodil Day takes place on Friday, March 24, this year.

A brief outline on how your generosity supported cancer patients and their families in Leitrim in 2022:

• 133 counselling sessions were provided for people in Leitrim through our remote counselling service and at affiliate cancer support centres.
• 102 volunteer drivers brought patients to and from cancer treatment safely.
• 93 nights of night nursing were provided to Leitrim patients to spend their final days at home surrounded by loved ones.
• 44 people in Leitrim were helped by our support line and Daffodil Centre nurses.

Carrick ICA have their usual collection stands in Carrick-on-Shannon again this year; namely SuperValu, Aldi, Tesco, Corrib Oil on the Leitrim Road and Masterson Centra on the Dublin Road.
