Three properties in Leitrim towns sold by HSE last year, new figures reveal
A list of the HSE properties sold in Leitrim and other counties was provided at a recent meeting
A full list of the HSE properties sold in Sligo/Leitrim/West Cavan/South Donegal in 2025 was provided at the latest Regional Health Forum West and North West.
On the list were a number of Leitrim properties include The Manse, New Line, Manorhamilton, Bank House, Boley Hill, Manorhamilton and 2 and 3 Hyde Terrace, Mohill.
Other properties included Carrigeens Health Centre, Carrigeens, Ballinful, Sligo, Sliabhan House, Lahanagh, Ballintogher, Sligo and Woodhill Lodge, Dromore West.
In Cavan, Barran, Blacklion was also sold.
The figures were released after a question from Cllr Felim Gurn, on the topic, to the Regional Health Forum West and North West last month.
HSE West and North-West provides health and social care to Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, areas in the west of Cavan, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo.
