Two local winners in the Georgina Campbell 2022 Food awards

Kilronan Castle Hotel, Ballyfarnon,  Roscommon has been awarded the Best Four Star Hotel 2022 at the Georgina Campbell Irish Food & Hospitality Awards.

Restaurant Honestly Farm Kitchen Carrick-on-Shannon won the award for sustainability in a restaurant

This year’s Georgina Campbell Irish Food & Hospitality Awards focus on people who have “maintained standards despite energy and staffing crises” and on “inspiring new businesses”.

Hospitality hero went to chef Richard Corrigan in the Virginia Park Lodge, Co Cavan.

Best Seafood chef went to Dave Mullan Fish & Bean, Rosses Point, Co Sligo
