Leitrim councillor Paddy Farrell asked the district engineer to review means of slowing down the traffic on the R299 at Aurivo co-op, as vehicles travel at high speed in both directions in this location and was told that the council will endeavour to erect signage at the location to notify traffic of a commercial premises entrance.

Cllr Enda Stenson and Cllr Sean McGowan both supported the motion.
