Works to commence on construction of eighteen new homes in Carlow Town
The value of the new Carlow housing development is estimated at €3m
Works are expected to commence imminently on site on the construction of eighteen houses at The Numbers, Graiguecullen, Carlow.
The housing development is to include nine three-bed two-storey terraced homes, two two-bed terraced bungalows, one two-bed detached bungalow, two two-bed two-storey semi-detached homes and four two-bed two-storey terraced homes.
A decision to grant planning permission was issued by Carlow County Council on 15th June 2022 to MB Homes Limited to construct eighteen new houses and all associated site works. MB Homes Limited is a Carlow registered business run by Michael Brennan.
The value of the housing development is estimated at €3m and work is expected to be completed in eighteen months.
