'A regular occurrence' - public react as gardaí pounce on Kilkenny motorist

Gardaí in Kilkenny spot motorist behaving badly on Ring Road

"Just because you don't see us doesn't mean we're not there."

That was the message from gardaí in Kilkenny as they stopped a motorist recently on the Ring Road in Kilkenny City.

"This vehicle overtook our unmarked car on the hatch markings approaching the Bennettsbridge Roundabout," gardaí stated.

"The driver then stayed in the right lane going on to the roundabout before going straight ahead. Fixed charge notices issued.

"Moral of the story, 'just because you don't see us doesn't mean we're not there'."
