A significant number of new homes could set to be built in Kilkenny

Ayrfield Homes Ltd have lodged a planning application with Kilkenny County Council for the proposed phase two construction of 29 No. residential dwellings at Ayrfield on the Granges Road in Kilkenny City.
Planning Application - The proposed development would consist of; three No. Type C – four bedroom detached, nine No. Type D – four bedroom semi-detached, 10 No. Type E – three bedroom semi-detached, two No. two level duplex buildings comprising of; four No. two bedroom ground floor units and four No. two bedroom first floor duplex units (eight No. units in total), vehicular connection from existing Phase one development, boundary treatments, public open space, provision of foul and surface water connections/disposal, and all associated site works.
