A Stop & Go traffic management system will be in operation on the Ballycallan Road (R695) on Tuesday, July 14 from 7am to 3pm, to facilitate surface dressing works starting at Smiths Cross.

The Council has made an order to temporarily close the road at this location daily between 7am and 8pm from Monday, July 13 to Friday, July 31.

Traffic is to be diverted from the N76 to the R698 south of Callan. Travel along the R698 and divert onto the R697 towards Carrick-on-Suir.
