All invited to take part in upcoming Kilkenny table quiz - for a great cause!
The quiz will be held on Thursday in Orchard House Bar and Restaurant, Kilkenny City
A table quiz in aid of The Irish Pilgrimage Trust is taking place this Thursday (October 24) in Kilkenny.
The quiz will be held in Orchard House Bar and Restaurant on the outskirts of Kilkenny City at 8.30pm.
The price for a table of four is €40 and there will also be a raffle on the night.
The question master will be community activist Liam Heffernan, who is inviting anybody who may be interested to not be shy and to get involved.
The Irish Pilgrimage Trust brings children and young people with special needs from across Ireland on a week-long pilgrimage holiday to Lourdes each Easter.
The groups of children that go to Lourdes share a wonderful fun-filled week together that includes playing games in the park, day trips to the mountains, forest or the coast, fancy-dress parties, large masses full of music and colour, a candlelight procession and visits to the Grotto.
The trip is very unique and is often a life-enhancing experience for the children and young people that take part in it.
For more information on the table quiz and how to get involved, you can contact Liam on 087 2120201.
