A Danesfort couple are celebrating a very special milestone this week as Billy and Mary Ireland mark their 60th wedding anniversary.
The couple, who are celebrating their Diamond Anniversary, have received warm congratulations and blessings from their parish community in recognition of six decades of married life.
Paying tribute to Billy and Mary, the parish expressed its gratitude for their wonderful example of married love and their many years of devotion to one another and to the local community.
The parish also offered prayers and best wishes for the couple, hoping they will continue to enjoy good health, happiness and peace in the years ahead.
