Driver refuses to hand over key after vehicle seizure in Kilkenny

A garda on patrol in Kilkenny City on Saturday discovered a vehicle severely lacking in proper documentation after conducting a live check.

The garda discovered that the vehicle had 'deficient' insurance, tax and NCT documentation.

On this occasion, the motorist would not provide the key for his vehicle, which was then seized.

It subsequently removed from the scene with a tow truck.
