Gardaí catch driver who had a learner permit for almost 35 years!
Tipperary Roads Policing Unit intercepted a car on Saturday in Killenaule after an Automatic Number Plate Recognition alert for no insurance.
Gardaí found the driver had a Learner Permit for almost 35 years, however it expired many years ago.
The driver also had no insurance and no tax.
The car was seized with court to follow.
