Group has plans for community operated park and art centre in Kilkenny
Dunnamaggin Development Group CLG have lodged exciting new plans with Kilkenny County Council.
The group are seeking change of use planning permission for a site and sheds (Madge's Garden) at Main Street, Dunnamaggin, County Kilkenny.
The group is seeking to use the site as a community operated park and community operated art centre to include renovations and alterations internally with all associated site works.
Also planned are electrical services, water mains supply and foul and surface water drainage.
The application is currently awaiting validation from the local authority.
