Housing and demolition plans lodged for site on border of Kilkenny and Waterford
Sixteen two-storey houses planned in application to Kilkenny County Council
DFL Construction Ltd. have lodged development plans for a site at Abbeylands in Ferrybank with Kilkenny County Council.
Planned is the demolition of two existing shed buildings and the removal of the remaining floor slab of a previous dwelling.
Also planned is the construction of sixteen two-storey houses (12 three-bedroom and 4 two-bedroom) as well as a new site entrance from Abbey Road, new boundary treatments, and all associated site and development works.
The application was lodged last Thursday (December 14, 2023) and a decision is expected by February 16, 2024.
