Kilkenny gardaí stop car after spotting unsecured baby, then make another discovery!
Gardaí in Kilkenny recently pulled over a vehicle after noticing that 'the front passenger was holding a baby with no child seat'.
A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána described it as 'very dangerous and irresponsible'.
That wasn't the only issue that came to the attention of the gardaí in relation to this traffic stop.
"The driver was not allowed to proceed any further as they were also a learner unaccompanied by a qualified driver," gardaí stated.
"Penalty points to follow, far worse consequences were avoided."
