Kilkenny has a new burrito restaurant as 'Chingon Badass Burritos' opened its doors for the very first time locally on Monday afternoon.
Mexican cuisine has grown in popularity across the locality in recent years and restaurant/takeaway's arrival has been widely welcomed locally.
Monday was also a special day for Mexican people in Kilkenny and across the globe as the nation celebrated its Independence Day (September 16).
