Proposal for ghost island in area of Kilkenny
The motion will be heard before the elected members of Castlecomer Municipal District
Cllr Mary Hilda Cavanagh (FG) is set to bring forward a motion before the elected members of Castlecomer Municipal District at the next district meeting.
The motion is as follows: “That TII be requested to install a ghost island for traffic turning towards Lisdowney from the Durrow side from the N77 as is the case for traffic going into Tirlán.”
It is the only notice of motion on the agenda for the meeting, which will be held on Monday in the Council Chamber, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny.
