An Garda Síochana in Kilkenny has taken legal action against three separate drivers in Kilkenny for varying offences.

"Thought it would be ok to drive an English registered vehicle without MOT or Insurance," their latest social media post began.

"Thought it would be ok to do 82 in a 50 because he was late.

"Thought it would be ok to drive with four children between three seats.

"Thought it would be ok to have creamy 99s.

"Only one of the above is ok," the post concluded.
