A young Kilkenny entrepreneur is combining creativity, technology and support for local GAA clubs with his own range of personally designed, 3D-printed keyrings.

Oisín O’Sullivan, aged 12, is a sixth-class pupil in Mr McDonald’s class at Bennettsbridge National School. His start-up enterprise, OisinPrintz, creates keyrings for local GAA clubs, giving supporters a new way to carry their club colours.

Ahead of this week’s senior county final, Oisín has produced Tullaroan GAA and Ballyhale GAA keyrings. The Tullaroan designs are available at Delaney’s, while Ballyhale supporters can pick up theirs at Carroll’s in Knocktopher.

The Ballyhale keyring has received an endorsement from Kilkenny and Ballyhale hurling great TJ Reid — an exciting boost for the young designer.

The enterprise also offers clubs an opportunity to raise funds. A portion of the proceeds is given to the clubs, meaning the keyrings can form part of club fundraising initiatives while helping supporters show their colours.

Oisín has also created Graignamanagh GAA keyrings ahead of the junior final, which are available at Fairview Daybreak.

Supporters can see his designs and work on TikTok at @oisinprintz. Clubs interested in their own personally designed keyrings or exploring a fundraising initiative can contact Oisín at [email protected].
