Causeway Group granted planning permission for new shop in Waterford city

The Causeway Group has been granted planning permission for a new shop in Waterford city.

Permission has been granted for material alterations to its property at an address of 33 John Street.

The existing ground floor of the building will undergo a change of use from a residential unit to a new commercial shop unit.

The building will include a new off-street door entrance and a new shop front.

A number of associated internal modifications and site development works will also be carried out.

The application was submitted by the Causeway Group on May 11.

Waterford City and County Council granted permission for the development on June 30, with six conditions attached.
