Menopause information evening to take place in Waterford library

A menopause information evening will take place at a library in Waterford next week. 

'Your Intro to the Menopause' with menopause coach, Breeda Bermingham, will take place at Carrickphierish Library on Thursday (October 12) at 6.30pm. 

A yoga taster session will also be available.
