Planning permission has been sought for a new 65 house development in County Waterford.

It will also include the realignment and widening of the existing road, and the provision of a footpath to part of Strand Road to the north of the subject site.

The application also seeks approval for all associated site development works.

A submission or observation in relation to the application can be made in writing to the planning authority for a prescribed fee of €20.

This must be within five weeks of the authority first receiving the planning application.

Any submissions or observations on the proposed project must be submitted by Thursday May 21, with the final decision on the planning application due on June 11,2026.
