Chesterfield overcome Yeovil fightback to snatch late win and progress in FA Cup

.
Chesterfield withstood a second-half comeback from Yeovil Town to secure their place in the second round of the FA Cup with a 4-3 victory.
Yeovil recovered from 3-1 down to level at 3-3 before Joel Randall struck the winner a minute from time.
The hosts dominated in the first half, with chances falling to Lee Bonis, Alfie Pond, Lewis Gordon, Louie Marsh and Remeao Hutton. The pick of them was a header from Pond which forced a good save from Jos Barker.
Yeovil took the lead against the run of play with a penalty in the 39th minute when Jack Simpson was ruled to have impeded Johl Powell and Slavi Spasov stepped up to score from the spot.
The lead lasted only four minutes, however, with Chesterfield equalising when Simpson powered in a far-post header from Josh Koroma’s cross.
Koroma put the hosts in front two minutes later with a close-range finish and Simpson scored his second goal of the game in the 55th minute with a low shot after Kiano Dyer dribbled to the edge of the area.
James Daly pulled a goal back in the 78th minute and Hayden Muller equalised in the 82nd minute with a header before Randall scored an 89th-minute winner.
