IN PICTURES: Derry reception honours ‘vital and compassionate’ Inclusion Homeless Health Team

The reception also highlighted the importance of partnership working between health and housing services in supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community

Members of the Inclusion Homeless Health Team were presented with a crystal plaque from the Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Councillor Ruairí McHugh, in the Guildhall with the citation, “In Recognition of your vital and compassionate service to the homeless and for the valuable contribution you make within the Western Health and Social Care Trust”.
