It was a fabulous family occasion with children, mums, aunties and grannies all enjoying the workshop. Twenty five children, (15 girls and 10 boys) were lucky to secure a place and, under the expert guidance of Pauline Walsh from Jumping Clay, and her helper Connie, they all created a fabulous leprechaun, complete with a rainbow and a pot of gold!

This latest workshop was made possible by funding awarded to the women’s group in Swatragh by The Honourable, The Irish Society.

The women's group would like to thank committee members Annie, Ann, Roisin, Cathy, Noelle and Deirdre for all their help on the day and beforehand.

Also, nana Agnes, grandma Kate, mums Briege, Gráinne, Jo Jo, Roísín, Sarah, Una and also Emma who all joined in in the activity. It was truly an intergenerational occasion and such good fun.

This Easter, on March 28 the women’s group has organised, not one, but two BRICKS$KIDZ LEGO workshops. The second one, with a MInecraft theme is completely booked up but there are a couple of places still available for the (Disney themed) one at 10am, for children 5-6 approx. The early bird catches the worm.
