Year 9 pupils at St. Colm’s High School recently took part in a ‘Healthy Lifestyles’ connected learning event.
This cross-curricular initiative saw students complete themed projects across all subjects, with their hard work proudly displayed in the school foyer and assembly hall.
To further develop their skills and wellbeing, the year group enjoyed a nature walk at Derrynoid Forest Park, where they focused on communication and building self-confidence in an outdoor setting.
The morning concluded with various physical activity sessions led by the St. Mary’s University College, Belfast, placement students.
It was a highly successful and enjoyable event for everyone involved.
