After months of speculation about how it would look and what would actually be different ,the Diamond has reopened in Donegal Town. One section remains closed and will reopen in the coming weeks once paving has been completed. There was a great buzz on Friday morning as councillors and council staff, the architectural and construction teams, and members of the public got their first look at the finished product.
