The woman was conveyed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of serious injuries. She was pronounced deceased yesterday evening.

A golf club based in County Kildare recently held its 2026 Captains' drive-in.
Newbridge Golf Club hosted the prestigious event, and judging by the photos, great craic was had on the day.
