Watch: Dr James McDaid cuts the ribbon as stand in his name is officially opened

Dr James McDaid said he was 'honoured' to have the stand at O'Donnell Park named after him and was thankful to all those at St Eunan's who made it possible

In his 50th year working in the medical profession in Letterkenny, St Eunan's have officially names their stand at O'Donnell Park after Dr James McDaid prior to Donegal's Allianz League Division 1 clash with Galway.

Dr McDaid was on hand to cut the ribbon in the springtime sunshine and following a prayer from Monsignor Kevin Gillespie, to the well-wishes of all those in attendance.
