City gaming firm to expand workforce by over 200

Galway Bay fm newsroom - 250 gaming jobs are coming on stream in the city.

ZeniMax Online Studios is expanding its workforce at its base on Western Distributor Road.

200 gaming agents are being recruited to work in the firm's customer service centre.

They will support the launch of the Elder Scrolls multiplayer online game.

150 of the roles will be for English speakers with 70 vacancies for French linguists and a further 30 for German speakers.

The firm set up its base in Unit 2 on the Western Distributor Road in the city in 2011.
