The trio of movie theaters have announced the slashing of prices as part of an annual event
A trio of Mayo cinemas have announced a slashing of their prices this weekend as part of National Cinema Weekend.
The three movie theaters are celebrating the unique initiative as part of the two-day event celebrating the industry.
The scheme follows on from the popularity of earlier National Cinema Days, which attracted over 200,000 admissions in just 24 hours.
On Saturday, September 5, and Sunday, September 6, tickets to some of the most in-demand films at the box office at present will be on sale for as little as €4.
The likes of Insidious: Out Of The Further, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and Bad Apples are all on the silver screen across the weekend in the county.
IMC Cinemas in Ballina are offering €5 tickets, including their online booking fee, here.
Mayo Movie World in Castlebar are offering prices of €4.50, including booking fee, here.
The W Cinema in Westport are selling tickets for the price of €4.80, inclusive of the booking fee, here.
