Large Mayo crowd to attend Sligo country shows of the year

The Michael Commins Concert Shows, in association with Tom Kelly Promotions, will be staged in the Radisson Blu Hotel on Monday and Tuesday, November 2 and 3.
These are the biggest county shows of the year in Sligo and feature fifteen acts on both nights with patrons coming from all over the island of Ireland as well as from England and other places. And with the weather looking very good for both days, the stage is set for two brilliant days and nights in Sligo.
This year sees the addition of a number of new acts with Fermanagh group, Tully, generating a lot of interest. The four girls are looking forward so much to being part of the Tuesday night show.
The full line-up for the Monday night show features Sandy Kelly, Joe Moore, Ciaran Rosney, Sean Wilson, Effie Neill, Ian Corrigan, Caitlin Murtagh, Colm O’Donnell, Thomas and Fhiona, Barry Stuart, Eddie Gallagher, Paul O’Connor, Bernadette Ruddy, Eunice Moran, Paul Kelly, Tony Marren, Charley Arkins and Ryan Turner Band.
Patrons are also in for a real treat on Tuesday night, November 3, with John Glenn, Shawn Cuddy, Tully (Fermanagh), Mick Mulhern, Eamon McCann, Tony Allen, Moyra Fraser, and Tony Kerr among the headline acts. There will also be warm welcomes for Fr James McDonagh, Pat McKenna, Jordan McPolin (winner of Glór Tíre 2026), Aoife McDonagh, Michelle Murphy, Sarah Lyons, Edel Fahy, and Billy Condon and Ryan Turner Band. The shows start at 7.45pm each night.
There are also popular afternoon sessions in the bar from 3.45pm to 5.30pm with Mick Mulhern, Michael Holster, Michael Golden and John Costello, and these attract substantial interest for patrons and early arrivals.
