Louth Weather: Dull and damp start

A dull and damp start to the day as the rain continues. As we go through the morning the rain will become lighter and patchier.

Drier conditions will develop for most areas through the day with just the odd patch of light rain or drizzle by the evening.

Highest temperatures of 9 to 12 degrees in mainly light easterly winds.

Mostly dry on Saturday night, apart from light outbreaks of rain and drizzle in the west that will slowly clear eastwards.

Clearer spells will follow into the west overnight.

Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees with light southeasterly winds veering west to southwest following the clearance of the rain.
