The Birches Alzheimer's Day Care Centre is appealing for volunteers.
They're looking for those with an artistic leaning to help service users with arts and crafts and are asking the green-fingered among you to think about helping them in the garden.
You don't need to be a Diarmuid Gavin or Monty Don!
They're also appealing for volunteers to help them host the Saturday Social Club, which takes place on the third Saturday of the month from 11am to 1pm in St. Gerard's Hall on St. Alphonsus Road (behind St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church).
If you're interested in volunteering or can think of some other way you could help support them please contact The Birches 042 9351388 or message their Facebook page.
