ALERT: Met Éireann warns of more 'strong to gale force' winds in Clare this Sunday

Status yellow wind warning now in effect for the Banner county
As the clean cup continues following the worst effects of Storm Bert, a series of new weather warnings have come into effect, including in Clare.
Met Éireann is warning of 'strong to gale force' winds throughout the day and evening in SEVEN counties along the western coast - Clare, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Galway and Kerry.
The status yellow warnings came into effect at 8am and possible impacts include fallen trees, debris, loose objects being displaced and difficult travelling conditions.
Meanwhile, several thousand homes, farms and businesses remain without power this Sunday morning - with counties Galway, Mayo and Donegal the worst effect.
Crews from ESB Networks were deployed on Saturday and restored power the majority of the 60,000 customers who were impacted on Friday night.
