TOMORROW: Partly cloudy with showers or longer spells of rain through much of the day. Becoming brighter for many areas in the evening. Highest temperatures of 14 to 16 degrees in light to moderate westerly breezes.

TOMORROW NIGHT: Becoming dry for much of the country, though a few showers will linger in the west. Lowest temperatures of 9 to 11 degrees in mainly light westerly breezes
