HOMS aiming for 30 new jobs across its Irish offices

A CITY CENTRE law practice is to benefit from the creation of 30 new jobs.

HOMS Assist, which has its Limerick office at Henry Street in the city centre, plans to grow in the next three years.

This will see 30 new jobs created across Limerick, Dublin and Cork.

It came as the firm beat a number of its competitors to be recognised at the National Law Awards as being the leading practice when it comes to personal injury claims and medical negligence cases.

Currently, HOMS employs 140 people across Ireland.

As part of its growth plan, the firm wants to create wider education amongst the public about the importance of engaging legal services when needed.

The ethos of the business is “expert advice when you need it most” and the firm strongly believes in the importance of a broader knowledge of the legal system for all.

In recent years the number of claims cases taken by members of the public has increased and this is down to more people being more aware of their rights and population growth.

This increase in cases is a notable factor in the HOMS Assist growth plan and further education is a key pillar of the prospective growth.

On the growth plan and award win, Robert Bourke, senior partner at HOMS Assist said: “HOMS Assist has been established for many years, and now we are planning to grow beyond our established network of loyal clients.

Winning at the Irish Law Awards, with it only being our second year to enter, is a big boost of confidence to the team that the work and results we produce for clients is best in class. While winning awards is great, for us the big focus is doubling down on client focussed care and excellent service.”
