A BURST water main has caused disruptions to homes in Limerick city.

Works are scheduled to take place until 2:30pm on Thursday, January 18, with the affected homes in St Mary’s Park and the surrounding areas.

A notice on Irish Water's website, Water.ie, informed residents that they should allow two to three hours after the estimated restoration time for their supply to return.
