Uisce Éireann have pallets of bottled water being stockpiled at their depots in case of issues
WATER supplies are returning this evening to Kilmallock, Kilfinane and Ballyagran as Uisce Éireann's networks recharge.
There are still some pockets in the Mountcollins, Cragg, Tornafulla, Athea areas where they are looking at installing generators due to the extended ESB restoration times now being advised.
They have pallets of bottled water being stockpiled at their depots in case of issues over the coming days.
Temperatures are once again forecast to drop as low as -8°C in parts of Limerick in the early hours of Thursday morning.
Prepare for hazardous conditions on roads and underfoot with ice and black ice likely.
Freezing conditions will persist in some areas until the end of this week.
Limerick City and County Council continue to treat roads according to the Winter Road Maintenance Plan with a focus on strategic and priority routes.
The Council has also been focussed on ensuring access for repair crews to areas of County Limerick impacted by disruption to power or water supplies.
