A Tipperary motorist is pulled over and has car seized by Gardaí for multiple offences

Tipperary RPU patrolling in Clonmel seized a vehicle from a motorist on Tuesday, after the person in question was discovered to be driving with no insurance.
The RPU in the south Tipperary town were alerted via the Automatic Number-Plate Recognition (ANPR) system that the vehicle pictured was uninsured.
Inquiries with the Insurance company confirmed this and the driver was also carrying a learner permit with no fully licensed driver accompanying.
The vehicle was seized and proceedings have commenced.
