DIARY DATE: Energy efficiency drop-in clinics in Thurles and Nenagh libraries

Energy Communities Tipperary Cooperative, in conjunction with Tipperary Libraries, is marking EU Sustainable Energy Week by hosting drop-in clinics to answer your energy questions.

Visit their stand in Thurles Library on Tuesday, June 20 from 11am to 7pm or in Nenagh Library on Thursday, June 22 from 10am - 1pm.

They can help you identify the energy guzzlers that are increasing your electricity bill, talk through simple measures to keep your home warm in winter, and explain what grants and supports are available to increase the energy efficiency of your home.

If you haven’t heard of Energy Communities Tipperary Cooperative before, they’re a social enterprise supporting communities across the county through the energy transition.

They insulate homes and communities spaces, and have several outreach programs to increase energy awareness and relieve energy poverty.
