LATEST: Launch of Tipperary book delayed due to damage to Holyhead Port

Storm Darragh still causing havoc
The launch of a Tipperary club's rugby book has been delayed due to damage to Holyhead Port caused by Storm Darragh.
Thurles RFC issued a statement on their social media saying: "Unfortunately, due to Storm Darragh and the damage to Holyhead Port, the delivery of our club 100-year history book has been delayed.
"As a consequence we have made the decision to postpone our book launch that was scheduled for Friday night, until further notice. It is our intention to hold this next week and we will let you know in advance.
"However, we are delighted to officially open our stunning photography exhibition in The Source Art Gallery on Saturday night, which captures the essence of Thurles RFC's history at 6.30pm.
"The exhibition will be open daily until December 20."
As part of Thurles RFC's centenary celebrations, the club are proud to launch their much-anticipated book “100 Years of Rugby” by Tadhg Dwyer which documents the past 100 years of Thurles Rugby Club across 500 pages, presented in a beautiful hardcover.
