Revealed: Planning application in Tipperary over 'lagoon on lands'

The application sought the 'permanent removal of the now demolished structures and now filled lagoon on his lands'
Conditional planning permission has been granted in Tipperary over a "lagoon on lands".
Maurice Regan made the application for "permission for retention" at a site at Ballyvadin, Fethard, Clonmel.
The application sought the "permanent removal of the now demolished structures and now filled lagoon on his lands at Ballyvadin, Fethard, Clonmel, Co Tipperary".
These structures comprised of the following: a teel framed, corrugated sheeted, Barrell roofed hay shed with flat roofed cattle shed of combined area 273.14sqm and a steel framed, corrugated sheeted cattle shed of area 197.12sqm
The council attached two conditions to their decision.
